How we work
Barrios de Punta is an independent catalog of gated communities and coastal farm estates in Maldonado, Rocha and Canelones. We don’t sell lots and communities don’t pay to be listed.
Every profile has the same fields so they can actually be compared. Data comes from official websites, bylaws, press and listings. Next to each figure we show how confident we are:
- Confirmed
Confirmed on the official website or by several matching sources - Single source
Found in a single source, such as a listing or a news article - Estimate
Our estimate, for example a location based on the highway kilometer
If a figure isn’t confirmed, the field stays empty. Found a mistake or have newer information? Write to hola@barriosdepunta.com.
