About
La Chacra is a gated community by Tay Group in Rincón del Indio, Punta del Este, level with Parada 23 on Playa Brava. It covers 75,000 m² with 54 lots of 1,000 to 1,500 m², laid out along cul-de-sacs among the trees.
The entrance is on Dr. Elías Regules at the corner of De Los Tilos, south of Avenida Aparicio Saravia. The sea is about a kilometre and a half away in a straight line, and the developer places it five minutes from central Punta del Este, Maldonado and La Barra and ten from Solanas, close to the city's main school district.
Infrastructure is complete: paved streets, water and sewer networks, underground power, fibre optics and street lighting. Security combines a perimeter fence, a 24-hour guarded gate, CCTV and a monitoring and response service. Shared areas include a padel court, a football pitch, a multi-purpose hall and a playground.
Homes must be at least 200 m² and keep generous setbacks. In 2025–2026 lots were listed at roughly U$D 150,000 to 255,000, and the masterplan on the website showed six lots still available. It is a small-scale option aimed at families with children living in Punta del Este year-round.
