Boulevard Park

Boulevard Park is a small urban gated community in Punta del Este, delivered around 2005 by Boulevard Park S.A. It occupies a fenced triangular plot of about 3.4 hectares, divided according to the master plan into 28 lots of 880 to 1,283 m², plus a caretaker plot and an amenities area. Some agencies quote 29 lots.

It sits on Boulevard Artigas at the level of stop (parada) 8 on Playa Mansa, a few blocks from the beach and a couple of minutes from Punta Shopping, schools, restaurants and the Peninsula. Unlike the country-style communities on the outskirts, it is set within the town itself.

The community is about 90% built: large contemporary houses (exposed concrete, stone, wood) with pools and gardens dominate, among maritime pines and hedges. Internal streets are paved and there is a multi-purpose room (club house) with a barbecue.

Security includes 24-hour guards with access control, CCTV, motion sensors and night patrols. In 2026 a single lot of about 880 m² remained for sale at around U$D 582,000–585,000; resale houses were listed at U$D 1.4–2.65 million.

It suits people who want to live year-round in a large house with gated-community security without leaving the city or relying heavily on a car.
