Living Golf is a gated community of 44 detached homes within the Club del Lago area of Punta Ballena, beside the La Augusta golf course. It is not a plot subdivision: the project sells finished two-bedroom houses of a little over 120 m², each on its own plot (listings mention plots of roughly 580 to 700 m²).
It is close to Laguna del Sauce, a few minutes from Solanas beach, about 5 minutes from the airport and some 15 minutes from the Punta del Este peninsula. The community entrance is steps from the first-hole tee, and the driving range is about 100 metres away.
The houses are built in cellular concrete, with double-glazed windows, a fitted kitchen and a barbecue in every unit. The community has 24-hour video surveillance, access control and a security perimeter. Owners are offered access to the Club del Lago Golf clubhouse, discounted golf and tennis membership and discounts at Hotel del Lago.
It was sold off-plan with developer financing; handover was scheduled for December 2025, and in 2026 the agency reported 80% sold. Houses were listed at around U$D 350,000, with a 5% occupancy fee.
It suits buyers who want a ready-made, low-maintenance house with golf on the doorstep rather than a large plot to design from scratch.
