Vilaverde is a 10-hectare gated community of 55 lots at stop 45 of Playa Mansa, on Camino Marítimo, in the bay between Punta Ballena and Punta del Chileno. The beach is about 500 metres away; central Punta del Este is roughly 15 minutes by car and Maldonado 10.
The site's defining feature is its arboretum, planted in the mid-20th century by an Italian naturalist: according to the developer, one of the oldest and best-kept tree collections in Punta del Este, in the spirit of the nearby Lussich Arboretum. There is also a stream and a one-hectare nature reserve crossed by a boardwalk.
Shared facilities are a swimming pool and a multi-purpose room, a beach service, access control with cameras and, according to agents, 24-hour security. The neighbourhood has mains water, sewerage and fibre optics; listings mention low service charges but give no figures.
Lots range from about 995 to 2,110 m². In 2026 they were offered at U$D 80,000–130,000, with up to 18 instalments and handover planned for November 2026; agent's commission and an occupancy fee are added to the price. Being close to schools, supermarkets and hospitals, it is marketed for year-round living.
