About
La Reserva is a 31-lot gated neighbourhood in Parque Miramar (Ciudad de la Costa, Canelones), right next to the Lagos development and a few minutes from Carrasco. Listings market it as «La Reserva – Lagos» and as the first gated neighbourhood in that area; the infrastructure was completed in 2023.
The lots line a single central street and a wide linear park built around a wetland, designed by the Argentine landscape studio BULLA. At the end of the park stands «Biótica», a sculpture by Uruguayan artist Diego Santurio intended as a meeting and play space for children. Plots range from about 610 to 1,028 m², with frontages of around 17 metres.
There is a 24-hour main gatehouse, CCTV with round-the-clock remote monitoring and a perimeter fence, and pets are allowed. No club house or sports facilities are advertised; the appeal is the small scale, the landscaping and the lakeside setting.
In 2026 listings lots were offered at U$D 410,000–637,000, with common charges of UYU 14,153 to 30,000 a month depending on the lot (about U$D 350–750 at roughly 40 UYU/U$D).
Its location near the Carrasco schools, Carrasco airport and Avenida de las Américas suits families looking to live year-round in a small, controlled community.
